Field Technicians

       Our field crew takes the material supplied from Fabrication Department and installs it at the project site according to the Design Department's specifications.  Strickland Fire Protection specializes in retrofitting buildings, most of which are occupied.  This places the burden on the field crew to complete the task within schedule without disturbing the tenants.  Often times this means working at night after normal business hours.  In some cases such as the Cohen Building project there are businesses that run a 24 hour operation.  In these cases the installation crew create a schedule that is as minimally invasive as possible. 

       The field crew is experienced and professional.  These are necessary traits when faced with difficult working conditions.  One such case was encountered in the Russell Senate Office Building project where there was very little room in which to work.  The sprinkler system was expertly installed ahead of schedule despite the hardship.  The success of the field crew in conjunction with the other departments earned Strickland high praise from the building management firm, the Architect of the Capitol.
